Me gusta esuchar musica!

Wow! I am really bad about blogging on here. :/ Let's just say blogging is NOT one of my obsessions. Not that I have anything against blogging it's just that I can NEVER stay commited.
But alas I am back! With another obsession that hopefully all people, with the exception of people who cannot hear, people who are tone death and zombies (who do indeed qualify as people!) share with me.
MUSIC!
Ah, yes, the joyous chorus of hallejuah angels sounds. ^.^ Sweet bliss.
On a more specific note, movie soundtrack music like, AlicecoughIncoughWonderland. Believe me, if you have not yet picked up the soundtrack.... you. are. crazy. And missing out! The last time I was so impressed with a movie soundtrack was the first Twilight movie, which as much as I despise the movie (gag!) the soundtrack was amazing!
Now to clarify, I'm talking about pop/rock soundtracks with lyrics and crap. Not instrumental soundtracks. Someone could write a BOOK on instrumental movie music, there is simply not enough room for that in a blog. Though perhaps I shall cover that at a later time. Hmmm. :/ An idea...
ANYWAY! The AIW soundtrack kicks butt like Chuck Norris! Seriously. >.> With artists like 3OH!3, Shinedown, The Plain White T's and MORE! it's simply... quite. awesome. All the songs are written specifiaclly for the movie so they ALL have to do with AIW. I much encourige reading the book while listening to the soundtrack. It's like.... having a lightsaber battle while the Imperial March plays in the background. It's epic. You can feel the epicness running course through your veins as you swing your lightsaber, er turn the page. :/ You get the idea.
The song that I'm OBSESSED with (note: OBSESSED! This is after all OBSESSION) is Painting Flowers by All Time Low. Good music, excellent voices, and the lyrics!
Oh! The lyrics!
It's like a sad love song of waiting. "I am still painting flowers for you." The rest of the lyrics really could have nothing to do with AIW besides "waking up"/ "nothing is true"/"dreaming is done" but those same phrases have been used in countless other works. No, what makes me love the song is the fact that is ISN'T JUST FOR AIW. It could be about anything or anyone! I like how you could just hear it on the radio and be "oh, what a sweet love song" not "ALICE IN WONDERLAND!" Rather anyone could listen to it and love it. When I listen to it, I don't think about the movie or how Johnny Depp would look dancing to it (not that I have those images! >.> ) but I'm really listening to the lyrics and the tone of the singer. I love those kind of songs, that make you really think about the message beneath the lyrics.
So... current obsession: Alice in Wonderland soundtrack. More specifically: Painting Flowers by All Time Low

"Wonder, why do we race? When everyday we're running in circles."
